APA ITU SUPERVISI? Supervisi adalah usaha memberikan layanan kepada guru-guru baik secara individual atau kelompok dalam usaha memperbaiki pengajaran dan kurikulum (Sahertian 2000: 19). Ohiwerei and Okoli (2010) mengemukakan definisi supervisi sebagai berikut.
